Who wants to be a Software Developer

So today marks the start of a new chapter for me. I’ve finished my long term contracting role and am now a full time author and content creator. Yah!!

I already publish extensively with Pluralsight but I’m now going to also have the time to get really stuck into blogging and content creation.

To kick things off I’m going to start a new series aimed at aspiring developers. Passing on some of the real world knowledge that I’ve picked up over the last decade and a bit.

Some of the topics I’m going to cover are;

• How to get started as a software developer.

• What languages should I learn?

• What don’t they teach you at school?

• Working in teams.

• How to be a better developer.

I’m planning a series of posts and maybe even a YouTube video or too. Hell I might even start a podcast so watch this space.
